Alabama Businesswoman Appointed to the 麻豆相关报道Board of Trustees

Gov. Kay Ivey has appointed Enterprise, Alabama, businesswoman Meredith Mitchell Hamilton to an at-large seat on the 麻豆相关报道 Board of Trustees, effective immediately and subject to confirmation of the State Senate.
Hamilton (a native of Albertville, Alabama) serves as treasurer of the Mitchell Automotive group; general manager of Mitchell Mazda and Toyota of Dothan; and operations manager of Mitchell Hyundai and Mitchell Chrysler Dodge Jeep. She graduated from the University of South Alabama in 1995 with a bachelor鈥檚 degree in finance.
鈥淢eredith is an accomplished businesswoman and proud alumnus, and I am looking forward to the many contributions she will make in the coming years,鈥 said 麻豆相关报道President Jo Bonner. 鈥淲e have one of the most supportive governing boards at any university in the nation, and Meredith will be a wonderful addition to that dedicated group of individuals who give countless hours to help South succeed.鈥
Hamilton is the daughter of John Mitchell, who serves the state as a member of the Alabama Community System Board and other statewide organizations.
