Ready to sign-up?

Please email your request to csemployerteam@southalabama.edu and include the following with your request. 

  1. Make sure to include the link to your current Handshake posting.
    • We request an active Handshake posting for hosting interviews on campus. If you need assistance posting on Handshake, please review our Post Jobs & Internships page.
  2. Let us know your desired interview date/times as well as two alternate dates.
    • Your first interview can start as early as 8:30 am, with your last interview starting at 4:30 pm. 
  3. Make sure to indicate your desired number of interview rooms and the number of representatives you plan to bring to campus.  
  4. Select your preferred interview schedule type (preselect, open, or room) as shown in the list below. 
    • Preselect Schedule: Select your candidates via Handshake. You will review applications and select only the candidates you prefer to interview. Each candidate you’ve selected can choose their preferred interview slots within Handshake. 
    • Open Schedule: Interview all interested candidates. All applicants who meet your job qualifications can select an interview time slot immediately after submitting their application. 
    • Room Only: Make your schedule. You can build your interview schedule with your choice of candidates through recruiting activities such as fairs or on-campus recruiting events. Your team will schedule interview times with candidates directly.

Once we receive your request, a member of our Employer Engagement team will contact you to confirm your interview schedule.
